Wedding Video

So our very cool uncle put together a video of our wedding day that I don't think that many people have had a chance to see yet. I can't believe we are going on two years! Here is the link:

Winter Wonder...What?

We are so happy spring has sprung! We had an extremely long and snow filled winter. McKay was sick of reporting about snow and I was sick of it period. Here's a look at some of our highlights this past winter.

Piano Students

I love teaching piano lessons! Nothing brings me more joy. I have some of the best students in the world! I recently had my spring recital at the Steinway Piano Gallery. It went so well. I am so proud of my students and all of their hard work. One of my highlights was a two piano duet of All of Me by Jon Schmidt that I performed with Doran Porter.

Weekend Projects

I have taken advantage of McKay being gone and have caught up on some craft projects. I wish I would have taken some before pictures. The flowers are planted in old buckets I found on my grandpa's farm over Memorial weekend. I spray painted the design on them planted the flowers and wa la, I now have flower pots! I smile every time I pass them. It reminds me of grandpas farm. Although something is still missing. I just haven't figured out what yet.

I spray painted the table you see in this picture black and created a new design space with it at the end of the 'hall' leading to our bedroom and bathroom. I've always wanted to do something with that space. What do you think?

To Run or Not to Run

Alright, I have made up my mind. I am going to run a half marathon in October! Whew, what am I thinking? You only live once, right? Wish me luck!

Antimony Fun!

If you are looking to have a hootin-hollerin good time, look no further than the Allen ranch in Antimony, Utah. McKay has some vacation days to burn so he is going to visit his family this coming weekend. I am so dissapointed I won't be going with him, but I hope they all have a good time. Here is a trip back to the past.

Visiting the Pettingills

McKay had to work all of Memorial weekend so I said Hasta Vista! I went to visit my family in Yakima. We had so much fun shopping, gardening, visiting grandparents, and just relaxing! My dad even bought some magic cleaning solution from a door-to-door salesman. That never happens! There is no place like home. Here are some pictures from the past.

Beginning our blog...again.

After a long winter, I have been inspired to begin blogging again. I am not quite sure when or how yet, but how hard can it be. I hope to have some new posts up soon.
